Applied Kinesiology

Applied Kinesiology is the study of muscles and function in relation to the body and its functions. In a simple sense, muscles move bones and stabilize joints. Using muscle function as an assessment tool makes logical sense. Dr. Kurt Waples has spent years mastering this and learning from the best in the world. – When you have an injury or recurring pain, using Applied Kinesiology to map out the pattern of weak or dysfunctioning muscles is a necessary component of healing. Many times, where you feel the pain is the area of compensation, and not the area of injury.
