Posture

Posture may be the most important aspect of all health. When the body is in a state of perfect posture it is relaxed, the diaphragm is moving, stress hormones are low and the body decreases all tension. The easiest way to view and think about posture is stress. The head leaning too far forward, sitting all day, the hips being tight, obesity and too much fat, lack of muscle mass, mineral deficiencies, lack of exercise (more specifically, lack of the right exercise), etc. are all factors leading to increased postural stress. Correctly and creating a circumstance of perfect posture is the most important step in all of health. – One way to think of this is putting yourself in your most perfect body. How did you stand? How did you handle stress when you felt this way?
